Comprehensive dental plan for employees and their families; includes orthodontics and implants

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to cover medical, dental, vision and prescription costs, as well as dependent care expenses annually

Health Savings Account (HSA)

Allows employees participating in the High Deductible Health Plan to set aside pre-tax dollars to cover medical, dental, vision and prescription costs in a savings account; company contributes annually to employee HSA accounts

401k/Profit Sharing

Allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars toward retirement; plan provides a dollar for dollar match up to 3%; .50 on the dollar up to 5%; plan also provides an annual discretionary profit sharing contribution from the company
