Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to cover medical, dental, vision and prescription costs, as well as dependent care expenses annually
Health Savings Account (HSA)
Allows employees participating in the High Deductible Health Plan to set aside pre-tax dollars to cover medical, dental, vision and prescription costs in a savings account; company contributes annually to employee HSA accounts
